Vibrant Wellness
Designing clinical and marketing systems used by 20,000+ healthcare providers to interpret diagnostic data and guide patient care decisions.
At Vibrant Wellness, my work focuses on translating complex clinical information into clear, usable experiences across education, marketing, and digital platforms.
Vibrant Wellness is a diagnostic testing company focused on helping providers uncover the root causes of patient health issues through advanced lab testing. My role sits at the intersection of design, education, and communication—supporting how providers understand, evaluate, and act on clinical information.
The Problem
Providers were relying on fragmented, dense materials that were difficult to scan and interpret—slowing down decision-making and increasing dependence on clinical consults.
In a high-stakes environment, clarity wasn’t just a design issue—it directly impacted how effectively providers could deliver care.
This carousel features a few examples that demonstrate the visual disparity between assets previously.

My Role
I led the effort to improve how clinical and marketing information was structured, designed, and scaled across the organization.
This included redesigning key materials, establishing scalable design systems, and improving how content is created and used across teams.
The Approach
Rather than focusing on individual assets, I focused on improving the system behind the work—making information easier to understand, easier to produce, and easier to scale.

Simplifying Clinical Complexity
Clinical information is inherently complex—but it doesn’t have to be difficult to use.
I restructured materials to improve hierarchy, readability, and flow—surfacing key information faster and making content easier to interpret at a glance.
The goal wasn’t just better visuals—it was better understanding.
Notable Example: I structured Key Clinical Messages into a scannable framework that allows providers to quickly assess when and why to use specific tests—reducing the need to interpret dense documentation.

Building Scalable Systems
To support multiple teams and ongoing content needs, I established repeatable design systems that ensured consistency without slowing production.
This included standardized templates, defined typography and layout systems, and modular components that could adapt across formats.
These systems reduced friction and made it easier to maintain quality at scale.
Notable Example: To extend design beyond the design team, I developed a structured Canva brand kit with pre-built templates and clear guidelines. This enabled non-designers to create consistent, on-brand materials independently—improving speed without sacrificing quality.

Supporting Marketing, Sales, and Events
I designed assets across marketing, sales, and events—including product catalogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and conference materials.
Each touchpoint balanced clinical accuracy with clear, conversion-focused communication.
Notable Example: A 20x20 island booth designed to showcase key value propositions from every vantage point, maximizing visibility and engagement from all directions.

Improving Content Strategy Through Design
Design also became a tool for improving how content itself was structured.
I helped reduce redundancy across marketing materials, consolidating resources into fewer, more impactful assets that are easier to use across teams.
Notable Example: A consolidated product catalog replaced a fragmented set of 15+ documents—giving sales reps a single, streamlined resource for provider meetings and events.
The Outcome
Supported clinical decision-making for 20,000+ healthcare providers by improving how diagnostic information is presented and understood.
Improved provider understanding by restructuring clinical and marketing materials for faster interpretation and use.
Reduced reliance on clinical consults by enabling clearer, more self-sufficient decision-making.
Consolidated 15+ fragmented materials into unified systems used across sales, marketing, and events.

Key Insight
Design in healthcare isn’t just about presentation—it directly impacts how information is understood and applied.
This work supports how providers interpret test results and make decisions about patient care. It also reflects my approach to design: creating systems that not only look better, but improve how organizations communicate, operate, and deliver value.
