At Gravitational Marketing, I worked in a fast-paced automotive agency environment—designing high-volume marketing campaigns while improving the systems and processes behind how work gets delivered.
Gravitational Marketing is an automotive marketing agency that produces monthly creative campaigns and quarterly events for dealership clients.The work required balancing speed, quality and consistency: across multiple clients, deliverables, and deadlines.
The Challenge
The design team operated in a high-volume production environment with constant incoming requests.
This created challenges around:
- Prioritization of client work
- Maintaining consistency across deliverables
- And delivering high-quality work under tight timelines
As demand increased, improving output wasn’t just about working faster—it required improving how work flowed through the team.


My Role
As a Graphic Designer, I contributed to both creative execution and process improvement.
This included:
- Designing monthly marketing collateral across print and digital
- Supporting event design for quarterly client meetings
- Improving workflows and team prioritization systems
- Helping implement tools and processes for scalable production

Campaigns were structured around a core concept that could be adapted across formats—allowing a single idea to extend seamlessly into print, digital, email, landing pages, and social media.
This approach ensured consistency across touchpoints while significantly reducing the time required to produce and launch new campaigns.

Brand & Experience Systems
Design extended beyond campaigns into physical and environmental touchpoints.
I contributed to brand expression across office environments, promotional materials, and product packaging—ensuring consistency across both digital and physical experiences.
From environmental graphics to branded collateral, these efforts reinforced identity and culture while maintaining alignment with campaign messaging.

Workflow & Production Systems
In a high-volume environment, improving output required more than speed—it required structure.
I streamlined workflows to reduce bottlenecks, clarify handoffs, and minimize rework across projects. By improving how work moved from intake to execution, the team was able to increase production capacity while maintaining quality and consistency.
This shift allowed the team to increase output without increasing complexity.

Lead Generation & Content Systems
Beyond campaign visuals, I designed long-form marketing assets that supported lead generation strategies and integrated directly into campaign funnels.
These included downloadable guides, promotional books, and supporting landing page experiences designed to guide users through a structured conversion journey.
For example, assets like Customer Madness and lead-generation resources were created to capture attention, communicate value quickly, and drive measurable engagement.
